All coaches, parents, visitors and students ten years of age or older must wear face coverings or face shields upon entry to an area where UIL activities are being conducted, even when not actively practicing or playing, unless a medical condition or disability prevents wearing a face covering. People in fan and spectator areas should be at least six feet apart.

Pricing

  • Nonprofit, no revenue: $1,100.00
  • Nonprofit, tickets sold: $1,400.00
  • Commercial, tickets sold: $1,900.00

ADDITIONAL FEES INCLUDE:
  • Performances extending beyond midnight: $100.00/hr.
  • Set-up, take-down, M-F rehearsal flat rate: $500.00/day.
  • Weekend rehearsals (sat. and sun.): $650.00/day.
  • Lobby reception: $150.00.
  • Non-refundable set-up/clean-up fee (dependent on function size): $150.00 - $1,000.00.
  • Grand piano rental: $250.00.
  • Follow spotlight rentals: $50.00/event.
