NON-FOOTBALL EVENTS: Not available during football season.
SOCCER EVENTS (Spring ONLY): EXPENSES ADDED TO COST: officials – fees, officials – mileage/meals EXPENSES INCLUDED IN THE COST: clock/scoreboard operator, security, ticket personnel, stadium manager, and custodian.
Concessions Note: Tyler ISD has first option to run the concession stand. If we decide not to run it, the renter will pay $250 per day to run it. UIL Playoff Games To reserve: Contact the Athletic Director
Tyler ISD Will Provide:
Video replay board
Parking – no charge
Security
Stadium Manager
Field preparation, cleanup, maintenance, lights
PA Announcer, Clock Operators
Ticket personnel
Gate keepers
Chain Crew (at renters expense)
Tickets for gate sales
Dressing rooms for each team
Pay all game expenses and provide final gate report
Concessions (Concession revenue retained by Tyler ISD)
Click on "request rental" to create and submit an application for the CHRISTUS TMF Rose Stadium. Keep in mind, you cannot request a date that is fewer than 14 days away, and requests are currently not being accepted for dates after 07/31/2026.
2. Wait for approval.
Please be patient while Tyler ISD staffers review the details of your application. They will contact you if they have any questions.
3. Review and accept the terms.
If your rental is approved, you will be notified and asked to review a formal rental agreement, complete with all pricing and terms. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, your rental is confirmed and you are set for your event.
